On September 23 and 24, Cambodia participated in the World Cultural Festival at the Cermodern Cultural Center in Ankara, Turkey. The theme of this festival was “Together, it’s better forever” and the Kingdom’s embassy in Turkey particularly honored the country’s cuisine by preparing tastings of recipes presented in the book “The Taste of Angkor” published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support its “culinary diplomacy”.
The Embassy did not fail to honor the products of the kingdom including, of course, the specialties of Confirel, in particular its Kampot Pepper Kirum sauce and Kirel palm wine.
This Festival welcomed about thirty countries and was focused on gastronomy, dances, fashion, music and traditional arts.
